Speaking activities in the English Club provide students with opportunities to practice using English communicatively outside of classroom instruction. However, the effectiveness of these activities requires supplementary teaching materials appropriate to students’ needs. Therefore, this research aimed to identify students’ needs in English Club speaking activities, develop supplementary speaking materials, and evaluate its quality and validity. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Four D (4D) development model. The teaching materials were developed using the 4D model, which consists of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages; however, this study was limited to the Define, Design, and Develop stages. The study participants consisted of 20 students from SMP Negeri 2 Tarakan. Data were collected through a needs analysis questionnaire, interviews, expert validation, a teacher feedback questionnaire, and a student feedback questionnaire. The results of the needs analysis indicated that students’ speaking skills were still limited and that they experienced difficulties with vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, pronunciation, and self-confidence. Students preferred familiar topics, multimedia-based activities, pronunciation exercises, games, collaborative activities, and conversation-based speaking tasks. Based on these results, an interactive digital e-worksheet was developed using Canva, featuring videos, quizzes, pronunciation exercises, partner conversations, interviews, speaking presentations, and reflection activities. The final product consisted of three unit topics: Daily Life, Hobbies, and School Life. The content expert validation yielded a score of 98.95% (highly appropriate), while the media expert validation yielded a score of 77.65% (appropriate). Teacher and student responses scored 98.10% and 81.07%, respectively, both of which fall into the highly appropriate category. Therefore, the developed E-Worksheet has been considered appropriate and suitable to be used as supplementary teaching material to support English Club activities at SMP Negeri 2 Tarakan.

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use local wisdom in reading worksheets in English language learning. The research method used is sequential explanatory mixed method. The subjects of this research were 36 students in class X-H at State Senior High School 2. This research instrument uses quantitative data (questionnaires) as the main data then complemented by qualitative data (interviews and documentation). The results of the student questionnaire show that in the perceiver category, it achieved a score of 74% with each sub-indicator has the following scores: comfort 78% (very high), confidence 78% (very high), motivation 76% (very high), interest 78% (very high), positive experience 80% (very high) and negative experience 51% (high). This shows that students’ internal factors, such as attitudes, interests, and learning experiences, supported the effectiveness of the worksheets. In target category, it achieved score of 76% (very high) each sub indicator has the following scores: newness 72% (high), movement 81% (very high), changes 76% (high) and closeness 76% (very high). it was concluded that the target aspect of local wisdom–based reading worksheets was perceived positively by students, as the worksheets successfully presented novelty content, encouraged active student movement, supported positive learning changes, and provided materials that were close and relevant to students’ daily lives. in the situation category, it achieved score 70% (high) each sub-indicator has the following scores: interaction 81% (very high) and learning atmosphere 58% (very high). This show that the learning situation created through the use of local wisdom–based reading worksheets generally supports effective learning, as reflected by very high student interaction and a positive learning atmosphere. Based on these results, this study showed that students have positive perceptions of utilizing local wisdom in reading worksheets based on the indicators of perceiver, target, and situation.

This study aims to develop English teaching materials incorporating Islamic content, specifically designed for speaking activities in the seventh grade of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. The research applied a development methodology adapted from the Branch’s ADDIE model, which includes the phases of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, this study focused only on the first three phases. Research instruments included interview guidelines, student need questionnaires, media validation forms, material validation forms, and student response questionnaires. Validation was conductes by media and material expert. The teaching material was tested with students through both smallscale and large-scale trials. The feasibility results showed: 1) media expert validation scored 85% (categorized as “Highly Feasible”), 2) material expert validation scored 86% (Highly Feasible”), and 3) student responses scored 84% (“Very Good”) in the small-scale trial and 87% (“Very Good”) in the large-scale trial. Therefore, the islamic content based english teaching material developed in this study is suitable as a learning model to support speaking skill among seventh grade students.

This study aims to develop Ethnomathematics-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) with Kalimantan Dayak Typical Culture, which is feasible as a mathematics learning media for grade VIII SMP Negeri 7 Tarakan. The research method was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which consists of five main stages : Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Howeve, this research only reached the development stage. The results showed that the LKPD meets the eligibility criteria for the material of relations and functions and the sytem of linear equation of two variables. The validator’s assessment shows that material experts provide a percentage of the feasibility of 71.40%, media experts 80% in the feasible category, and practitioners 97% in the feasible category. The students’ responses also showed a percentage of 84% in the feasible category. Thus, this LKPD is suitable for use as learning media

This study aimed to design English worksheets focused on writing skills using a text-based approach at SMAN 1 Tarakan. The research design employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE Model. There are five development stages of development, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The research instruments utilized included questionnaires, interviews, validation sheets, and observation sheets. The research findings indicated that: 1) Design and Layout Validation received a total score of 48.00 with a percentage of 92%, categorized as highly appropriate. 2) Material and Content Expert Validation received a total score of 33.00 with a percentage of 82.5%, categorized as appropriate. 3) Language Expert Validation received a total score of 35.00 with a percentage of 87.5%, categorized as very appropriate. 4) The practicality questionnaire results received a total score of 30.00 with a percentage of 93%, categorized as very practical. The students’ responses to the worksheet after testing showed a positive response with a percentage of over 85% for each indicator. Therefore, the text-based English writing worksheet for grade X students are applicable as an English learning medium in high schools.

Listening is rarely taught in class so students' listening skills have not been honed, which is why students have difficulty understanding conversations from native speakers or answering questions from audio. This research aimed to develop an effective and efficient worksheet to be used to improve seventh graders' listening skills of SMPN 1 Tarakan. This research is research and development using the ADDIE model which includes 5 methods, namely; (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation. The instruments used in this research were interview sheets, student needs questionnaires, material validation questionnaires, graphic (media) validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The research results showed that the worksheets designed are effective for improving students' listening skills based on validation from material experts classified them in the very good category with a percentage of 100%, and media experts classified the worksheets in the very good category with apercentage of 93%. Moreover, the third trial on students (one-to-one formative evaluation, smal group evaluation, field evaluation) showed that the worksheet was categorized as very good in the percentage range of 8% to 96% which indicated that the worksheet was suitable for use by students. The implication ofthis research and development is that worksheet learning media can help teachers in delivering material and worksheets can also attract students' interest and motivation in participating in learning activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Supplementary Reading E-Worksheet based on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) yang memiliki material yang efektif dan desain yang menarik untuk siswa kelas sepuluh di SMAN 3 Tarakan. Ini adalah studi penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) dan Evaluate. Subjek dalam Penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X-E di SMAN 3 Tarakan yang berjumlah 35 orang. Penelitian ini Juga di validasi oleh dua validator ahli yaitu validator material dan validator media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat baik dan ahli media sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat baik untuk produk Supplementary Reading E-Worksheet based on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Hasil dari uji coba siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua menunjukkan bahwa uji evaluasi kecil adalah 81% (kualifikasi baik), dan uji coba evaluasi formatif uji lapangan adalah 83% (kualifikasi baik). Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan Supplementary Reading E-Worksheet based on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) for Tenth Grade Students at SMAN 3 Tarakan layak untuk siswa gunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris.

The researcher aims to develop Islamic values-based electronic reading worksheets using Wizer.me and WordPress for SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tarakan grade X students. The researcher used a research and development model. This research and development procedure adopted the ADDIE model developed by Dick and Carry, including Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating. The instruments of this research and development were interview guidelines, a student needs questionnaire, a media validation sheet, a content validation sheet, a product practicality test questionnaire, a student response questionnaire, and an observation sheet. Media experts and content experts carried out validation. The tenth grade English teacher of SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tarakan conducted the product practicality test. The electronic product has been trialed on two scales: small-scale and large-scale. The feasibility level of the Islamic values-based electronic reading worksheet has been assessed based on the assessment of: 1) Media experts obtained a score of 90.25% in the category “Very Feasible”, 2) Content experts obtained a score of 89.06% with the category “Very Feasible”. The results of implementation of Islamic values-based electronic reading worksheets have been assessed based on assessments from:1) English teacher grade X obtained a score of 73% with the category “Good” in the small-scale trial and 89.25% with the category “Very Good” in the large-scale trial, 2) Grade X students obtained a score of 91.1% in the “Very Good” category in the small-scale trial and 94.61% in the “Very Good” category in the large-scale trial. Thus, this Islamic values-based electronic reading worksheet can be a model of English learning media to measure students’ reading comprehension skills.

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau yang sering dikenal Research and Development (R and D) yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan pada kelas VII. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk megembangan LKS matematika berbasis etnomatematika pada materi bangun datar segiempat yang layak dan praktis sebagai sumber belajar untuk siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Borg and Gall. Adapun proses pengembangan media melalui tahapan-tahapan antara lain potensi dan masalah, mengumpulkan informasi, desin produk, validasi desain (validasi ahli Bahasa, ahli media, dan ahli materi), revisi desain, uji coba produk (kelompok kecil dan lapangan), dan revisi produk. Hasil analisis deskriptif matematis menunjukkan bahwa LKS matematika berbasis etnomatematika pada bangun datar segiempat yang dikembangkan berdasarkan aspek ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 75% dengan kategori layak, aspek ahli media memperolek skor sebesar 84% dengan kategori sangat layak, serta aspek ahli Bahasa memproleh skor sebesar 93,75% dengan kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan dari hasil penelitian di lapangan produk LKS berbasis etnomatematika pada uji coba skala kecil berada dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan skor sebesar 85,83%, uji coba lapangan pada 2 guru berada pada kategori sangat praktis, dengan presentase kepraktisan mencapai 90%, uji coba lapangan pada siswa berada pada kategori sangat praktis dengan presentase mencapai 86,66%. Sehingga LKS berbasis etnomatematika dapat dikatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan.
