Almalita Adella. 2026. Pengembangan Media Career Snakes and Ladders Sebagai Upaya Pemahaman Karir Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 1 Tarakan. Pemahaman karir merupakan kemampuan individu dalam mengenali potensi diri, minat, bakat, nilai-nilai pribadi, serta memahami informasi mengenai berbagai jenis pekerjaan dan jalur pendidikan yang dapat ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan karir tertentu. Pada jenjang SMP, khususnya kelas VIII, peserta didik masih berada pada tahap eksplorasi karir sehingga pemahaman dan kematangan karir mereka belum berkembang secara optimal. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media Career Snakes and Ladders sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman karir siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE dengan pembatasan tahap yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. Subjek uji coba terbatas terdiri atas 8 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Tarakan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan angket respon pengguna. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Career Snakes and Ladders memperoleh skor validasi ahli materi sebesar 75% dengan kategori layak dan validasi ahli media sebesar 85% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil validasi keseluruhan memperoleh persentase 80% dengan kategori layak. Uji coba terbatas kepada siswa menghasilkan persentase sebesar 97% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media Career Snakes and Ladders layak digunakan sebagai media layanan informasi karir untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman karir siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Tarakan.

Career guidance assists students in adapting to and understanding the world of work, choosing occupations, and planning their careers. Information services most effectively provide appropriate knowledge and understanding about careers. The delivery of information services to students will be more effective if conveyed through suitable media. Puzzles are identified as an appropriate medium to support the provision of career information services to students. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE model, which progresses through the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The primary objective of this research is to test the feasibility of developing puzzles as a career information service medium for students at SDN 019 Tarakan City. The study involved a small group test with 9 student respondents and 1 teacher who acted as an evaluator to assess the feasibility of the puzzle medium. Based on the validation results, the media validation yielded 86%, categorized as "very high" or "very feasible." Material validation results showed a percentage of 95%, also categorized as "very high" or "very feasible." Furthermore, the small group test with 9 respondents yielded a percentage of 95%, categorized as "very high" or "very feasible," and the product user response from the teacher obtained a rate of 96%, also categorized as "very high" or "very feasible." Thus, the developed puzzle medium meets the feasibility criteria for use at SDN 019 Tarakan City

The main purpose of this research was to assess whether there was any influence of Video as a learning media on the students career understanding Eight Grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan. The research design was a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The research population was all Eight Grade student of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan, namely 216 students. The total number of samples was 35 students. Researchers used a scale of career understanding with Likert scales and used random sampling to sample. Data analysis techniques were descriptive and inferential analytical techniques with T-tes paired sample analysis using the SPSS 26.0 for windows program. Based on the research results before and after treatment, the result of the hypothesized test with asymp value = 0,000 0.05 indicated that Ha was accepted and Ho rejected. Therefore, based on the research result, visual audio (Video) has influenced the students career understanding Eight Grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan Academic Years 2022/2023

This research aimed to determine the understanding of career maturity of grade XII science students of SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan. Through career maturity, a person evaluated his/her abilities and interests, considered any career opportunities, set his/her career goals, and planned his/her practical development activities. This research used a quantitative approach and a descriptive survey. The research population was 177 students. The researcher used a career maturity scale. The research samples were 122 students who were taken using a random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using a descriptive statistical technique. The results showed that the students’ career maturity in SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan was 48.36% (Low), indicating that the understanding of career maturity in grade XII science students of SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan had low adaptability in evaluating their abilities and interests, were able to take alternative career opportunities into consideration, unable to set their career goals, unable to fit job, either regarding appropriate job selection and training selection, and unable to plan their career activities to improve their individual quality and not self-reliant in making appropriate and effective career decisions.

Novita Sari. 2022. Hubungan Antara Resiliensi Akademik Dengan Career Readiness Siswa Kelas XII di SMK Negeri 2 Tarakan. Dibimbing oleh Bapak Hendra Pribadi, S.Pd.,M.Psi selaku pembimbing utama dan Bapak Riski Sovayunanto, S.Psi.,M.Si selaku pembimbing anggota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi akademik dengan career readiness pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri Tarakan. Resiliensi akademik merupakan kemampuan siswa menangani kesulitan yang di alami saat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 siswa dari semua jurusan kelas XII di SMK Negeri 2 Tarakan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis inferensial, dan uji korelasi product moment dibantu aplikasi IMB SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 atau ≤ 0,05, dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi akademik dengan career readiness siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 2 Tarakan.

Renny Fitriani. 2021. "Media Development of Career Information Services Website for Middle School Students". Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Faculty of Teacher and Education. University of Borneo Tarakan . Supervisor by Siti Rahmi, S.Sos., M.Pd. The purpose of this study is to know the appropriateness of Media Development of Career Information Services Website for Middle School Students. This development research is adapted from the Borg and Gall development research design (2015) which is carried out until the 5th stage. The stages are: 1) Potential and Problem, 2) Data Collection, 3) Product Design, 4) Design Validation, 5) Design Revision. The results showed that the scores obtained from the design expert validator of 47 or 78% were in reasonable category, the score of the material expert validator of 52 or 87% was in very reasonable category. Based on this it can be concluded that the Media Development of Career Information Services Website for Middle School Students is feasible and well used as a media for career planning information.
