Seaweed is one of the potential marine commodities to be developed in coastal areas. To get maximum income, farmers must be able to increase production and reduce production costs. Therefore farmers must be able to use farming inputs efficiently. This study aims: (1) to find out how much the income of seaweed farmers (Eucheuma Cottoni) in the Pantai Amal Village; (2) to analyze the factors that influence the production of seaweed (Eucheuma Cottoni) in Pantai Amal Village; (3) to find out the elasticity of seaweed production (Eucheuma Cottoni) in the Pantai Amal Village. The method used is income analysis, multiple linear regression analysis through the Cobb-Douglas approach and production elasticity. The samples used were 60 seaweed farmers. Determination of the sample using the Sampling Quota. The analysis shows that the total costs incurred by farmers in seaweed farming is Rp. 8,121,768 with revenues of Rp. 19,934,167 so that the income of farmers is Rp. 11,812,399 in one seaweed production. The estimation results of the model show that the variable seed (X1), labor (X2), rope stretch (X3) and experience of farming (X4) significantly influence seaweed production. Seed elasticity value is 0.565, labor elasticity is 0.105, stretch rope elasticity is 0.438 and business experience elasticity is 0.216. These results indicate that Ep 1 (between no and one). So that the seed variables, labor, stretch ropes and farming experience are inelastic. This means that the four variables have not made a major contribution to seaweed production in the Pantai Amal Village of Tarakan City.

This study aimed to analyze the role of partnerships between cocoa farmers and PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) on farmers' income in Metun Sajau Village, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The study was motivated by the vital role of the plantation subsector, particularly cocoa commodity, in increasing rural income and contributing to national foreign exchange. Despite this potential, cocoa farmers continued to face challenges such as low productivity and limited access to technology and markets. A total of 60 respondents were selected, comprising 30 partner farmers and 30 non-partner farmers, using purposive and census sampling with a minimum landholding of 500 m². The partnership model applied was Agribusiness Operational Cooperation, in which PT. PKN provided technical guidance, production facilities, and market access to farmers. The findings revealed a significant income difference between the two groups. Partner farmers earned an average income of Rp77,600, substantially higher than their non-partner counterparts. Levene's test showed a significance value of 0.007, indicating unequal variances. Therefore, an independent T-test assuming unequal variances was conducted, which yielded a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.042 (0.05), confirming that the income difference was statistically significant. Thus, the partnership between farmers and companies had an important contribution in increasing cultivation efficiency, farmers' income, and the long-term sustainability of the plantation sector Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kemitraan antara petani kakao dan PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Metun Sajau, Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya subsektor perkebunan, khususnya komoditas kakao, dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani serta kontribusinya terhadap devisa negara. Namun, rendahnya produktivitas dan keterbatasan akses petani terhadap teknologi dan pasar menjadi kendala utama yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 60 responden, yang terdiri dari 30 petani mitra dan 30 petani non mitra yang dipilih melalui purposive dan sensus sampling dengan luas lahan minimal 500 m². Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjalin berbentuk Kerjasama Operasional Agribisnis, di mana PT. PKN memberikan pembinaan teknis, sarana produksi, dan akses pasar kepada petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pendapatan petani mitra dan petani non-mitra. Petani mitra memperoleh rata-rata pendapatan yang lebih tinggi sebesar Rp77.600 dibandingkan dengan petani non-mitra. Uji Levene menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007, yang mengindikasikan bahwa asumsi homogenitas varians tidak terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, analisis dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan hasil T-test pada asumsi varians tidak sama, dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,042 (0,05), yang menyatakan perbedaan pendapatan signifikan secara statistik.. Dengan demikian, kemitraan antara petani dan perusahaan memiliki kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya, pendapatan petani, serta keberlanjutan sektor perkebunan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan pegaruh anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah terhadap keluarnya Kalimantan Utara dari Middle Income Trap. Penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder hasil publikasi Kementerian Keuangan (KEMENKEU) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data penelitian ini dimulai dari tahun 2017-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Data Panel dan analisis rasio efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2017-2023 realisasi efektivitas variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori sangat efektif, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori efektif, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori cukup efektif dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori kurang efektif. Hasil lain dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel DAU, DAK dan DBH memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan per kapita di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, sedangkan variabel PAD tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan per kapita di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan industri keripik skala rumah tangga di Kota Tarakan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan usaha. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dan dari hasil perhitungan analisis pendapatan usaha menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan pendapatan Keripik Qobidh Rp.44.183.200, Keripik Narlam Rp.31.881.000, Keripik Indri Rp.56.333.167 dan Keripik 3 Dara Rp.61.401.500. Dengan perhitungan analisis usaha yaitu B/C Rasio Keripik Qobidh sebesar 1,58, Keripik Narlam 1,27, Keripik Indri 1,66, dan Keripik 3 Dara 2,33. Untuk perhitungan Break Event Point Keripik Qobidh sebesar BEP unit 1.112,67/pouch BEP harga Rp.9.658,61, Keripik Narlam BEP unit 1.250,59 /pouch BEP harga Rp.8.794,02, Keripik Indri BEP unit 1.356,67 /pouch BEP harga Rp.9.395,24, dan Keripik 3 Dara BEP unit 1.063,94 /pouch BEP harga Rp.7.556,39. Hasil perhitungan Payback Period Keripik Qobidh yaitu sebesar 3,83 tahun, Keripik Narlam 1,24 tahun, Keripik Indri 1,07 tahun, dan Keripik 3 Dara 1,68 tahun.

(2) to determine the income of Cayenne pepper Farmers in Juata Laut village, Tarakan.Analysis of the data used was income analysis which was used to see the income of Chili Farmers in the research area.first,the analysis with a simple tabulation was to calculate the production Costa and farm income of Farmers,concluding that the characteristics of Chili Farmers based on age where mostly in the unproductive age range (> 50 years) with a percentage of 43%.Based on the level of education, most had an elementary school educational background with a percentage of 40% based on the number of dependents of the family as many as 4-6 people with a percentage of 50%,based on the land area of Farmers who have a relatively large area of 0.5 hectare - 1 hectare with 80% percentage.the income of Cayenne pepper Farmers in Juata laut village, Tarakan was Rp.16,729,044 in one month with an income of Rp.21,500,000

Abstract Cayenne pepper is one of the potential commodities in Juata Laut Tarakan. The research objectives were (1) to investigate the income of cayenne pepper farming; (2) to describe the marketing channel of cayenne pepper, (3) to identify the marketing margin of cayenne pepper (4) to describe the level of marketing efficiency of cayenne pepper farming. The researcher employed simple random sampling with 30 cayenne pepper farmers. The research instruments were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis methods used income analysis, marketing output analysis, marketing margin analysis, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency analysis. The research revealed that: (1) farmers' average total income per growing season was Rp. 9,496,158, (2) There were two marketing channels. First, cayenne pepper farmers-traders collectors-consumers. Second, cayenne pepper farmers-collectors-traders-retailers-consumers. Based on the margin calculation, the first and second total marketing margins had the same value, Rp. 40,000 per kilogram with a farmer's share was 67%, so both marketing channels can be revealed to be efficient because the percentage value of the farmer's share was more than 50%. Based on the calculation of the marketing efficiency of cayenne pepper. It can be concluded that marketing channels I and II obtained 33% efficiency score.

Tiger prawns are one of the export commodities that have a high price in Tarakan City North Kalimantan Province. Tiger prawns are needed by consumers increasing from year to year. Suryanto and Tarakania (2009) stated that world consumer demand for tiger prawns increased by around 11.5% per year. The opportunity for tiger shrimp 1) to determine the cost of tiger prawn aquaculture in Tarakan City. 2) to find out the receipting tiger prawns quaculture in Tarakan City. 3) to find out the income of tiger prawns aquaculture in Tarakan City. This research wan conducted in Tarakan city, North Kalimantan Province. The number of respondents 15 farmers who have a land area (aquaculture) of 1 to 50 hectares and have been running for two years. This research employed a sampling method, namerly Snowball Sampling ,where the subject provides a referral to recruit the samples needed for research studies. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. It was carried out by processes such as stocking tiger prawns seeds in ponds, maintenance, harvesting, and total harvesting. The data was used to calculate the income of tiger prawn farmer using income analysis. The research result showed the total production costs, revenues, and income of tiger prawn farmers, namely the average production cost of Rp.12,249,121 for the months, one harvest with an average pond area of 16.2 hectares. The average receiving was Rp.24,410,066 and the average income is Rp.12,160,945. It can be concluded that tiger prawn farmers have a significant advantage in their pond areas in Tarakan City.

This study intended to answer two questions related to the Analysis of Production and Income of Seaweed Farming in Binalawan Village, West Sebatik District, Nunukan Regency. The aims of this study were: (1) to determine the effect of stretched rope length, seeds, labor, harvest age and experience on seaweed production in Binalawan village; (2) to find out the income of seaweed farming in Binalawan village. As many as 51 seaweed farmers were taken as the sample that was determined through the accidental sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through the cobb-Douglas approach and income analysis. Based on the analysis of the estimation model, it was shown that LnY= 3.419 + Ln0.326X1 + Ln0,314X2 – Ln0,187X3 + Ln0,264X4 + Ln0,110X5. The variables that had a significant effect on seawed production were stretch rope (X1), seeds (X2), harvest age (X4) and farming experience (X5), and the variable that did not significantly affect seaweed production wa labor (X3). The total costs incurred by farmers in seaweed farming was Rp. 44,336,843.38 with receipts of Rp. 12,183,620. So that the net income of farmers was Rp. 7,846,776.62/planting season.

ABSTRAK DETERMINASI INTENSITAS KUNJUNGAN MASYARAKAT PADA RESTORAN YANG MENERAPKAN PAJAK RESTORAN DI KOTA TARAKAN Cindy Alvionita Pebby Nanda 17.404.020.51 [email protected] Dr. Syaiful Anwar, S.E., M,Si [email protected] Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh price/haga, attractiveness/daya tarik dan income/pendapatan terhadap intensitas kunjungan masyarakat terhadap restoran yang menerapkan pajak restoran di Kota Tarakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial variabel price/harga terhadap intensitasa kunjungan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (0,834 1,680), dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial variabel attractiveness/daya tarik dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (1.606 1.680), dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial oleh variabel income/pendapatan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (0,091 1.680). Dan hasil dari penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel price/harga, attractiveness/daya tarik dan income/pendapatan tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap intensitas kunjungan masyarakat terhadap restoran yang menerapkan pajak restoran di Kota Tarakan dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (1.149 2.43) Kata kunci : Intensitas Kunjungan, price/harga, attractiveness/daya tarik, dan income/pendapatan

Pendapatan nelayan yang relatif rendah mendorong anggota keluarga seperti istri untuk ikut membantu dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarganya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis curahan jam kerja, umur dan jenis pekerjaan istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2020 di Kota Tarakan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengambilan responden dilakukan secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel jenis pekerjaan dan variabel umur tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel pendapatan istri sedangkan variabel curahan jam kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan istri. Secara simultan variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Nilai kontribusi pendapatan istri terhadap total pendapatan rumah tangga adalah sebesar 55,88%. .

The purpose of this research was to determine the kinds of Economic Activity and Income of Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan, and how to contribute the income from the Economic Activity of coastal community at Amal Beach of Tarakan. This research was classified as a qualitative and quantitative research, where the research instruments were observation, interview and questionnaire. The population in this research was Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan. The sampling technique of this research was purposive sampling. Sample of this research were 95 respondents. The result of this research was kinds of Economic Activity was doing by coastal community at Amal Beach of Tarakan, there are 74 people of seaweed cultivation (78%), 16 people of trading business (17%). And 5 people agriculture (5%); (i) The average income from the major Economic Activity of Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan was Rp. 6.068.421 and the net income from the all Economic Activity of Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan was Rp. 6.894.736. It was higher than (UMK) of Kota Tarakan in 2020, where is Rp. 3.756.824; (ii) The total of revenue contribution from the Economic Activity of Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan was 88 %, it means the total of revenue contribution from the Economic Activity of Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan was high, it was 66,7% - 100 %. The concluded of this research was the Economic Activity and the Income of Coastal Community at Amal Beach of Tarakan worth to developing.
