Keywords: Supply chain, Ready Mix Concrete, Contractors, Suppliers Ready Mix Concrete Supply Chain Risk Simulation Modeling For Construction Projects in Tarakan City Abstract This study focused on a risk analysis of the mix concrete supply chain on a construction project in Tarakan City by means of surveys and direct interviews in the field. In practice, supply chain management has negative risks that can hinder the procurement of a material, so a supply chain risk management is needed. To find out the inhibiting risks, an analysis was used, namely the probability and impact matrix with the results of categorizing the level of risk variables. The high category risk from the perception of ready mix concrete suppliers to contractors had one variable in financial flow. Meanwhile, from the contractor’s perception of the ready mix concrete supplier, a high category risk occurred in one variable in material/physical flow and one variable in financial flow. Futhermore, this study also built a supply chain simulation using the Monte Carlo method with a crystal ball application. The simulation result showed that the time span of the ready mix concrete delayed in the supply chain, namely ready mix concrete had a minimum delay of 6.76 days, a maximum delay of 9.09 days, and most often delay of 7.93 days. The results of the sensitivity chart analysis showed that the risk of delays was due to delays in material delivery caused by non-current financial problems with the most dominant risk percentages of 16.1%. The risk of long waiting times for materials to meet order quotas was due to gradual delivery of limited transportation equipment by suppliers, with percentage of 10.6%. The risk of incomplete design details resulted in the immaturity of the quantity of material to be ordered, so it was necessary to reorder materials with percentage of 8.6%.
World Health Organization (WHO) data on national health status on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) stated that globally around 830 women die every day due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, with a Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) of 216 per 100,000 live births. (WHO, 2017). As many as 99 percent of maternal deaths due to pregnancy, childbirth or birth problems occur in developing countries. The high MMR and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are still big problems for Indonesia, because they can provide an overview of the development of health status and are also used as indicators in assessing the success of health services and health development programs. This problem can be overcome by carrying out comprehensive midwifery services which are ongoing midwifery care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth and newborns, so as to improve the quality of services and the welfare of mothers and babies, and reduce the risk of complications for mothers and babies. Implementation of Comprehensive Midwifery Care began on November 15, 2019 at Puskemas Karang Rejo Tarakan with Mrs. P as the respondent for the implementation of care. Initial visits are carried out when the client enters 37-38 weeks of gestation and then repeated visits are carried out 2 times and carried out every 1 week 1 visit. Labor occurs at 39-40 weeks of gestation. Postpartum visits were carried out 3 times and simultaneously with visits to newborns. The implementation of pregnancy care uses the standard of normal delivery care (APN). The management of postpartum and newborn care adjusts to the needs of the puerperium and newborns. The aim of conducting comprehensive midwifery care is to detect early whether there are problems during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns using the SOAP method. During comprehensive midwifery care there are no problems with pregnancy. In childbirth, a problem is found, namely the prolonged stage I due to inadequacy and premature rupture of the membranes, but the problem can be resolved by referring to the Tarakan Hospital and the mother can give birth spontaneously and there are no complications. During the postpartum visit and the baby did not find any problems, the mother and baby were in good condition, the care provided was in accordance with established standards. Comprehensive midwifery care has been documented in the form of a SOAP.
