This research is conducted on the basis of problems that occur in the research location. The most common problem for com farmers is weather. Efficiency is a method used in a process of production that can produce a maximum output with the minimum possible cost of production, especially raw materials or ways that can produce a maximum output with limited resources. The purpose of the research was to determine the system of com cultivation and the efficiency of the production of com. The research was conducted in Juata Laut, North Tarakan Sub-District, Tarakan City. The research used the census sampling method. The method of data analysis used was qualitative descriptive analysis, while the efficiency of production used the stochastic frontier production function with the Frontier 4.1 program. The results of the research showed that the technique of corn cultivation in Juata Laut Village, North Tamkan Sub-District, Tarakan City, implemented several stages, including seed preparation, the seeds used were approximately 200 grams for 20 m Land processing took 7 to 10 days Planting used 2 corn seeds in planting holes at a distance of 75 cm x 50 cm. Fertilization is done three times, as well as maintenance and harvesting The efficiency of production of corn farming at the technical efficiency (ET) average value was 0.982, or 98.2%; the value of allocative efficiency/price (EA) was 0.884, or 88.4%; and the value of economic efficiency (EE) was 0.920, or 92%. Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan penundaan yang sering muncul pada siswa yang memiliki efek negatif terhadap proses belajar dan prestasi siswa, dimana siswa sering terlambat mengumpulkan tugas, kadang meminta tambahan waktu, juga tidak bersegera mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik REBT terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan populasi sasaran yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IX di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan probality sampling dengan ukuran jumlah sampel 61% dari populasi sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 11 siswa. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis inferensial dan uji Wilcoxon signed rank test dengan SPSS versi 24.0. Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,003 ˂ 0.05) yang artinya konseling kelompok dengan teknik REBT efektif terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan. Pada pemberian pretest dari 11 siswa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian, terdapat 10 (91%) siswa memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi yang sangat tinggi, 1 (9%) siswa memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi akademik yang tinggi. Pada pemberian posttest terdapat 2 (18%) siswa yang memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi kurang, 9 (82%) siswa yang memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi akademik sangat kurang Academic procrastination is a delay that often occurs in student which has a negative effect on the learning process and student achievement, where students are often late in submitting assignments, sometimes asking for additional time, and also not rushing to do the assignments given. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is effectiveness of group counseling with REBT techniques on academic procrastination behavior in class IX students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan. This research is an experimental study with a target population of all students of class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan consisting of 18 students. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a sample size of 61% of the population so that the number of samples in this study was 11 students. Data processing used descriptive analysis techniques, inferential analysis techniques and the Wilcoxon signed rank test with SPSS version 24.0. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that based on the results of hypothesis testing, the significance value was (0.003 0.05), which means group counseling with REBT technique is effective in academic procrastination behavior of class IX students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan. In giving the pretest of the 11 students who were sampled in the study, there were 10 (91%) students who had very high procrastination behavior, 1 (9%) students had high academic procrastination behavior. In the post-test, there were 2 (18%) students who had less procrastination behavior, 9 (82%) students who had very less academic procrastination behavior

Broiler chicken is an efficient meat-producing poultry, yet the production cost of broiler chicken business is relatively high reaching almost 80% of the total income of broiler chicken farmers, parthership pattern is on solution given to the broiler chicken farmers. This research aims at (1) figuring out the partnership pattern offered by CV Paguntaka Mitra Sejahtera; (2) reveling factors influencing the broiler chiken livestock business production relatedto the partnership pattern offered by CV Paguntaka Mitra Sejahtera; (3) analyzing the production efficiencies (technical, allocative, and economic efficiency) of broiler chiken livestock business with the partnership pattern in Tarakan. The samples were collccted using quota and puposive sampling techniquue with the total respondents of 50 broiler chicken farmers. the research data were then analyzed using a multiple linear regression, stochastic frotier production funch, marginal prpduct value formula, and economic afficeency analysis. The results show that production factor significantly influenced broiler chicken production including young broiler chickens and feeds, while drinking and cating place did not influence the yields. the efficiency analysis results show that it wastechniically in the efficients level, yet not based on the allocative nor aconomic efficiency with the value not in accordance with the afficiency criteria or not yet reaching the afficeent level.
