Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi TaKu (Tambah Kurang) yang ditinjau dari validitas media, materi, dan praktisi serta mengetahui ketertarikan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran aplikasi TaKu (Tambah Kurang). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research dan Development). Prosedur pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari sepuluh tahapan yaitu, potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk kelompok terbatas, revisi produk, uji coba produk kelompok luas, revisi produk akhir, desiminasi dan implementasi. Penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran aplikasi TaKu (Tambah Kurang) terdiri dari ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli praktisi. Hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 100%, ahli materi 90%, ahli praktisi 98%. Hasil validasi ahli media, materi dan praktisi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran aplikasi TaKu (Tambah Kurang) sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil ketertarikan siswa pada uji coba kelompok terbatas sebesar 95% dan uji coba kelompok luas sebesar 92,5%. Hasil angket ketertarikan siswa pada uji coba kelompok terbatas dan kelompok luas menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat tertarik terhadap media pembelajaran aplikasi TaKu (Tambah Kurang).

THE PROFILE OF ENGLISH EXAMINATION RESULTS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN BULUNGAN Abstract This research aimed at describing the profile of English examination results of Junior High School students in Bulungan in academic year 2019/2020 and find out whether there was any significant difference in English National Examination result by considering gender, school status, school accreditation, and student’s achievement. This research employed a causal comparative design. All students who took the national examination in academic year 2019/2020 were taken as the samples with a total of 2,228 students from 43 schools.Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that, first, the students’ English examination results of Junior High School in Bulungan were in the “poor” category in terms of gender, school status, and school accreditation. However, the students’ achievements were classified as its each category which meant that those who were in very good, good, fair and poor category in National Examination Score got very good, good, fair and poor category in English examination respectively. Second, the differences in students’ English examination results of Junior High School in Bulungan by considering gender, school status, school accreditation, students’ achievement could be stated as follows: (1) female students had better performance than male students for their English National Examination; (2) there was no any significant difference in English National Examination between public school students and private students; (3) there were simultaneous significant differences in English National Examination based on school accreditation, where A accredited schools were superior among B accredited schools, C accredited schools, and unaccredited schools; however, there were no any significant differences between B accredited schools and C accredited schools, B accredited schools and unaccredited schools, and C accredited schools and unaccredited schools; and (4) there were simultaneous significant differences in English National Examination based on students’ achievement (categorized as very good, good, fair and poor), however, very good students were not better than those who got good for National Examination Score when taking the English National Examination.

Nurhayati, 1730701013. Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif Pada Ny. D G2P1A0 Di Wilayah Puskesmas Gunung Lingkas Kota Tarakan Tahun 2020. Pembimbing I Yuni Retnowati, SST.,M.Keb. Pembimbing II Nurul Hidayatun Jalilah, S.Si.T.,M.Keb Abstrak Tujuan laporan tugas akhir ini untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, neonatus dan KB dengan menggunakan penedekatan manajemen kebidanan yang dilakukan pada Ny. “D”. Asuhan diberikan di Puskesmas Gunung Lingkas Kota Tarakan mulai tanggal 04 November 2019 sampai 29 November 2019. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung dan melihat data rekam medis, pendokmentasian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SOAP. Asuhan kehamilan dilakukan kunjungan sebanyak tiga kali pada usia kehamilan 38 minggu 4 hari, 39 minggu 4 hari dan 40 minggu dengan HPHT 05 Februari 2019 dan TP 12 November 2019. Selama kunjungan ibu mengeluh pada pemeriksaa pertama yaitu diare dan pada pemeriksaan terakhir yaitu perut mulai terasa kencang-kencang tapi jarang. Keluhan ini fisiologis dan telah di lakukan kolaborasi pemberian obat diare dengan Dokter dan teknik relaksasi. Didapatkan hasil pemeriksaan dengan keadaan umum baik dan tekanan darah dalam batas normal. Sehingga selama kehamilan Ny “D” dalam keadaan baik dan normal. Asuhan Persalinan tanggal 17 November 2019 jam 10.00 ibu datang ke Puskesmas dengan keluhan kencang-kencang dan keluar lendir darah dilakukan pemeriksaan jam 10.00 hasil VT 4 cm, efficement 10%, ketuban (+), pada jam 20.00 ketuban pecah dilakukan VT Pembukaan 10 cm, effacement 100%. Saat proses persalinan ibu bersalin secara normal dengan asuhan APN 60 langkah, bayi lahir spontan jenis kelamin laki-laki, BB 3600 gram, PB 52 cm segera dilakukan perawatan bayi baru lahir. Masa nifas berjalan dengan fisiologis, ASI lancar dan mengajarkan ibu tehnik menyusui yang benar. Asuhan Kebidanan neonatus pada ke 6 jam mengalami febris dan pada hari ke 7 mengalami bintik-bintik merah pada tubuh bayi. Keluhan ini dilakukan kolaborasi secara dini. Asuhan KB ibu memilih melanjutkan kembali menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan dengan alas an menjaga jarak kehamilan dan tidak menganggu proses menyusui. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan komprehensif yang telah dilakukan pada Ny. “D” diharapkan klien dapat menerapkan konseling yang telah diberikan selama dilakukan asuhan kebidanan sehingga kondisi ibu dan bayi tetap baik dan dapat mecegah terjadinya komplikasi hingga kematian.
