The care provided in pregnancy is precisely on 21 04 2021, at 09.30 WITA. 37-38 weeks gestation. Stage 1 lasts for 5 minutes, Stage II lasts 20 minutes, Stage III lasts for 10 minutes, and Stage IV lasts for 2 hours. Mrs. M takes place normally starting from a 6 hour visit starting on April 22, 2021 until 6 weeks. Vital signs, process of involution, height of uterine fundus, uterine contractions, lactation process, and discharge of lochia, during the puerperium are physiological. Observations on newborns were carried out for 4 times. Newborn visits are carried out from 3 hours after birth up to 6 weeks. A newborn with a weight of 2800 grams was born normal, spontaneous, no complications were found, there were no congenital abnormalities, the baby also had an IMD. Comprehensive care can take place well if there is collaboration between the midwife and the client, the midwife with other health workers and the midwife with the Health Office/Government. It is hoped that with comprehensive midwifery care, problems from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn can be identified, diagnosed and treated so that problems that occur are immediately addressed. The care provided goes well, it is hoped that midwives with health workers will improve service facilities to increase patient knowledge of the importance of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn examinations and institutions to improve the quality of education so that they can produce quality midwives.
