Designing English Poster of SImple Present Tense With ADDIE Model for Eight Grade Students of SMPN 13 Tarakan
The learning media is essential to help students quickly with their material resources. Using good learning media to help motivate students during the learning process. Based on these problems above, researcher developed media posters to help solve the English problem and provide a primary emphasis for Grade Eight students of SMP Negeri 13 Tarakan during the COVID-19 pandemic. In designing a simple English poster present tense for the learning medium for SMPN 13. Tarakan, the researcher used the ADDIE model as a guide for designing products. Additionally, ADDIE model procedures were adapted to student needs. Based on developing a media learning poster for pupils in SMP Negeri 13 Tarakan and the expert assessment of materials, the materials contained in the developed media meet 79% of the criteria. Assessment by media experts got a 91% eligibility percentage, which was eligible. The results showed that poster-based media were eligible for the present tense material study on formative tests was 75% with suitable qualifications, small groups produced 83 % with good qualifications, and for formative evaluation, field test resulted 83% with a good qualification also.
