An Analysis of Students’ Problems in Online Learning at English Education Department of Borneo Tarakan University
This research determined students’ online learning obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research was qualitative. This research consisted of two problems questions. The result showed that students faced many problems when engaging in online learning. The problems were caused by internal and external factors, such as students’ lack of motivation to learn, internet network interference, and limited internet packages. The alternative solution is to assist with free internet quotas. Those can alleviate the economy of students’ parents; lecturers try their best provide to learning by engaging and motivating teaching media/materials so that students are excited and better at participating in online learning.
