SURVEI MOTIVASI MAHASISWA BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENGIKUTI KAMPUS MENGAJAR
The purpose of this rcscarch was to find out the motivation of Guidance and Counseling students of FKIP in attending the Kamptts Mcngajar. Mcrdcka Bc/ajarKampus Mcrdcka (MBKM) policy is expcctcd to bc the answer to realize autonomous, flc.xiblc and high-quality Icarning in highcr cducation institutions so as to create a learning culture that is innovative, not restrictive, and in accordance SSith the needs of students. The MBKM policy rclatcs to educational activities in universities that grant students the flexibility and right to study outside of the study program for three semesters, which can be used for learning inside or outside of the institution. The research's findings from a questionnaire with 39 statement items and two possible responses (Yes or No) rcvealcd that 30 respondents scorcd higher or categorized as the high group (75%). It meant that the students had high motivation and high enthusiasm. Motivation is needed in determining the intensity of learning efforts, because it can provide direction in an activity. So that the existence of students who participated in the Kampus Mengajar activities can be influenced by attitudes and behaviors in a positive way. It is supported by indicators with the same high category. In the first indicator, Guiding Towards Action, as many as 39 subjects scored 97.5%., and the indicator of Selecting Actions, with a total of 31 subjects, scored 77.5%. Only 10 students from the department had moderate motivation, meaning that they were still trying to do something or were moving in the direction of doing something. This indicated that the students' level of awareness in moving things in a better direction toward positive behavior was relatively high. This is supported by the indicator of Encouraging People to Act as many as 39 subjects with a percentage of 97.5%.
