Analisis Optimalisasi Waktu Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Laboratorium Perkuliahan Terpadu Menggunakan Metode Time Cost Trade Off
The project implementation of the Integrate Lecture Laboratory Building construction at Universitas Borneo Tarakan experienced delays from the actual working time starting from April to October reaching only 50% with the remaining implementation time of maximally until December (in week 13 of the 3rd month, the plan reached 2.3995%, while the deviation was -7.1525%). The problems related to the building construction projects were settled by adding the working hours and workes. The calculation started by finding the critical path, performing crashing o obtain the cost slope for the critical activities, and the analyzing the optimum time and cost using the time cost trade off method. The normal time to complete the building construction project was 245 working days with the normal cost of IDR 36,819,469,125,07, while the time and cost neede to accelerate the project completion using the time cost trade off method was 200 working days and the addition of workers with the total cost of IDR 36,791,469,125,07, thus saving the cost reaching IDR 1,917,727,90.
