Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Gawi Plantation Tanjung Selor
This research aims to examine the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and discipline on employee performance at PT. Gawi Plantation Tanjung Selor. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Measurements in the questionnaire use a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. In this study, there was a sample of 50 employees at PT. Gawi Plantation Tanjung Selor. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of this research prove that work motivation has no effect on employee performance at PT Gawi Plantation Tanjung Selor, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Gawi Plantation Tanjung Selor and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Gawi Plantation Tanjung Selor.
