PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME DAN DISIPLIN KERJA SEBAGAI FAKTOR PENINGKATAN KINERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS BORNEO TARAKAN
This research aims to examine the influence of professionalism and work discipline as a factor in improving the performance of educational staff at the University of Borneo Tarakan. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Measurements in the questionnaire use a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, technically the sample was determined using saturated sampling, the sample in this study consisted of 94 employees of the Education Staff at the University of Borneo Tarakan who had ASN status. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and t-test analysis. The results of this research prove that professionalism and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Professionalism and work discipline are very important in an agency, the higher the professionalism and work discipline of an employee can provide good performance for the agency.
