Pengaruh Teknik Self Management Terhadap Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik KomputerDan Jaringan di SMK Mutiara Bangsa Sebatik Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022
This study aimed to determine effect of self-management techniques on the learning concentration of computer and network tenht graders at Mutiara Bangsa Vocational School in the academic year 2021/2022. This research was quantitative using the pre-eksperimental design research method. The research design was the one group pre-test-post-test. The purposive sampling technique was used in taking a sample of the research. The study research sample was 10 out of 58 students. The likert scale was employed to regulate attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group about social phenomena. The research result showed that the self-management technique significantly differs between the pre-test and post-test, where the mean score difference was 8.8. the pre-test score was 68.5 with low categorization, and the post-test was 77.3 with high categorization. The paired sample t-test obtained a t-value of 3,289 > t table of 2,262 as the basis for decision making, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Therefore, the self-mannagement technique successfully lead the students’ learning concentration to the learning process.
