EFEKTIVITAS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) KULIT BAWANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN CABE HIJAU (Capsicum annum L.) DAN POTENSINYA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of POC on green chili growth and analyze the potential of the research results in biology learning. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method, applying a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely POC concentration, consisting of four treatments: P0 (0%), P1 (0.8%), P2 (1.6%), and P3 (3%). Observations were conducted on the 35th day after planting, with observation parameters including plant height and number of leaves. The results indicate that the application of liquid organic fertilizer from shallot and garlic skins affects the growth of green chili plants, particularly in terms of plant height and number of leaves. The results also have the potential to be used as teaching material in the XII grade of senior high school’s biology learning on growth and development, particularly in Basic Competency (KD) 3.1, which is to explain the effects of internal and external factors on the growth and development of living things.
