PENGARUH ASPEK KETENAGAKERJAAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN UTARA (TAHUN 2011-2021)
This study aims to analyze the effect of the Employment Aspect on Economic Growth in North Kalimantan Province in 2011 - 2021. Economic growth means developments in the production of goods and services that apply in an area, such as an increase in the amount of production of industrial goods, infrastructure development, increase in the number of schools, increase in sector production services and increased production of capital goods. This approach uses quantitative descriptive. Data analysis used Panel Data Regression using the software tool E-Views version 10. The results showed that Labor had no significant effect on Economic Growth in North Kalimantan Province, Minimum Wage had a significant effect on Economic Growth in North Kalimantan Province, Open Unemployment had no effect significant to Economic Growth in North Kalimantan Province.
