Designing English Poster of Present Perfect Tense for Students at Eighth Grade of SMPN 2 Tarakan
The research aims to design a poster of Present Perfect Tense for Eighth Students at SMP NEGERI 2 Tarakan. The research design used Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. There were five main steps in the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected using document analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. The subjects of this study were 79 eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarakan. The try-out result showed Poster as a learning media for eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarakan with a feasibility score of 80%. It was categorized as Good with a score 0f 78%. Thus, it can be concluded that Poster as a learning media for eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarakan was feasibility and can be used by English language teacher as a learning media to improve students’ understanding of Grammar teaching and learning.
