PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN LIMBAH ORGANIK YANG DIFERMENTASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN CACING SUTRA (TUBIFEX SP)
The success of cultivation is derermined by good quality feed, especially in the hatchery phase. Good feed is high-quality feed so that it can provide nutrients in an amount that is in accordance with the needs of the larvae. The natural ffod commonly used is silk worms (Tubifex sp). This study aims to determine the effect of using organic waste on the growth of silkworms (Tubifex sp). this study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) model with test variables in the form of differences in feed doses including 0 g,5 g,10g and 15 g which were given for 21 days. The feed given was fermented with a composition of 20% saw waste 20%, tofu dregs 20% sugarcane molasses bran 10% and EM4 10%. The results showed that treatment D (15 g/container) had the highest average absolute biomass growth of 61.02±12,86 g/m2 with a poplation of 106.6±97.3 ind/m2. The resuls showed that treatment D had a very significant effect (p0.05) on the growth of silk worms (Tubifex sp), indicating that the average growth rate to treatment was significant.
