PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, PELATIHAN KERJA, DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN KEDAI KOPI BEKAWAN TARAKAN
This study examines the effects of work experience, job training, and workload on employee productivity at Bekawan Coffee Shop in Tarakan City. A descriptive-quantitative approach was employed using a case study design with a sample of 53 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and partial t-tests. The results indicate that work experience has a positive regression coefficient of 0.275 with a t-value of 4.091 and a significance level greater than 0.05. Job training shows a regression coefficient of 0.049, a t-value of 3.928, and a significance level greater than 0.05. Workload has a negative regression coefficient of 0.232, with a t-value of −1.119 and a p-value greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, the three independent variables do not have a statistically significant effect on employee productivity at the 0.05 probability level. Statistically, therefore, work experience, job training, and workload do not significantly influence employee productivity at Bekawan Coffee Shop. Nevertheless, the direction of the regression coefficients suggests that work experience and job training are positively associated with productivity. In contrast, excessive workload tends to be negatively associated with productivity. These findings underscore the importance of human resource management in optimizing work experience and training while maintaining a balanced workload to support productivity improvement in small and medium-sized coffee shop enterprises.
