Analisis pertumbuhan Miselia Bibit F2 Jamur Sawit Dengan Menggunakan Berbagai Macam Media
This study aims to determine the effect of different cultivation media on the growth of F2 oil palm mushroom (Ganoderma sp.) mycelium and to identify which medium yields the best growth results. A qualitative descriptive method was employed by observing and describing the growth rate of mycelium on each type of medium. The media used included empty oil palm fruit bunches, corn kernels, rice grains, sawdust, and a combination of all media types. Data were collected through direct observation of mycelial growth over a 21-day period post-inoculation (days after inoculation/DAI), with parameters including average mycelial length, density, and spread. All media demonstrated good mycelial growth by day 21. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for selecting effective cultivation media in the development of F2 oil palm mushroom spawn.
