The long bean plant is a type of legume vegetable that widely cultivated in Indonesia. The problems occurred in the cultivation of long beans are caused by disease attacks. One of the diseases that commonly attack long bean plants is Fusarium oxysporum wilt. The control method used in this research, is the use of botanical pesticides. Neem leaves contain secondary metabolites include azadirachtin, nimbin, flavonoids, and terpenoids, while betel leaf contains volatile oil compounds, phenols, eugenol, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, tannins, and terpenoids. This research conducted to determine the effect of neem and betel leaf extracts in controlling Fusarium wilt disease in long bean plants. This research conducted in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Borneo Tarakan. The treatment by giving neem and betel leaf extract seen in 5 treatments as the follows: P0 = control, P1 = 100 ml of neem leaf extract per plant with a concentration of 5%, P2 = 100 ml of neem leaf extract per plant with a concentration of 10%, P3 = 100 ml of betel leaf extract per plant with a concentration of 5%, and P4 = 100 ml of betel leaf extract per plant with a concentration of 10%. Each treatment repeated 5 times with 3 replicate sample plants. The data obtained were analyzed for variance and further tested with the small significant difference test (BNT) at a 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of neem and betel leaf extract had significant effects, related with parameters of observing disease intensity, the total number of pods, and the total weight pf pods in long bean plants. The gift of betel leaf extract with a concentration of 10% was able to inhibit Fusarium wilt disease reached 40.71% (P4). So, the plant produces 7.4 long beans with a total weight of 19.39 grams.
