Paddy Integrated Crop Management (ICM) Technology Innovation is one of the vital strategic innovations in increasing rice production to meet rice needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of adoption of Integrated Crop Management innovations, to determine the influence of farmer characteristics and innovation traits on the adoption of ICM technology innovations, and to design strategies for increasing the adoption of ICM rice innovations in Sesayap sub- district. The population in this study was all farmers from the farmer community, which has been farming in Sesayap District for the last 2 years. The sample in this study was determined through the purposive sampling method with 57 samples. The study data were primary and secondary. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. Data analysis to determine the level of ICM adoption used descriptive analysis of qualitative, ordinal, and ratio data. To determine the influence of farmer characteristics and the innovative nature on the adoption of ICM innovations using SEM analysis with Smart PLS software version 4, and for strategies to increase adoption using SWOT analysis. The study results showed that (1) the level of farmer adoption of ICM technology innovation as a whole is in the moderate category. (2) The influence of farmer characteristics and the innovative nature on the adoption of innovation signifies a significant influence, where a confidence level is 97.5% with a t-value higher than 1.96, t- values of 4,911, 10,247, and 3,589. (3) SWOT analysis defined that farmers possess strengths and opportunities with a weighted value of 0.92 and 0.86, so it is in quadrant I as an S-O (progressive) strategy. Addressed suggestions are (1) building intensive cooperation and partnership with various parties; (2) providing farmer capacity development as the main actors in agriculture; (3) having the government's support for farmers; and (4) the village designation as a certain superior commodity area.
