Abstrak
This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and workload on job satisfaction of PT Wahana Abadi Indah in Tarakan City. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection by distributing questionnaires. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. The population in this research is all employees at PT. Wahana Abadi Indah Tarakan City totaling 34 respondents. The measurements in this questionnaire use a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression and the t test is supported using the SPSS 24 program application. The results of this research show that the work environment has no effect on job satisfaction as indicated by The tcount value of 0.691 is smaller than the ttable 2.036 (not supported) and workload also has no effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the tcount value of -0.651 which is smaller than the ttable 2.036 (not supported).
