This study aimed to determine the influence of audit committees and independent commissioners on audit quality, with institutional ownership serving as a moderating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the official Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.id) and the websites of the respective companies. The research population consists of 38 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2024 periods. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 11 companies with a total of 55 observation data points. The data analysis method used logistic regression because the variables in this study are dummy variables and are processed with the assistance of EViews 12 software. The results of the study indicated that the audit committee and independent commissioners have a negative and significant effect on audit quality, while institutional ownership does not have a significant effect on audit quality. The moderation test results showed that institutional ownership is unable to moderate the effect of the audit committee on audit quality, but it is able to moderate the effect of independent commissioners on audit quality.
