Tomato plants are commodities with good market opportunities and are widely planted by farmers. Loss of production of tomato plants can be caused by pathogen attack, one of the pathogen that attack tomato plants is the fungus Fusarium oxysporum. The control technique was biological control using biological agents such as Trichoderma. This research was conducted to determine the dose of two brands of biopesticides with active ingredients, Trichoderma, which effectively controls F.oxysporum wilt disease in tomato plants. This research was conducted by researcher in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Borneo Tarakan. This research was a one-factor study with a total of 5 trearments which were repeated fivve times with 3 sample plants for each replication. The treatments were B0 = Control, B1 = 2.5 g MaxTri-G per plant, B2 = 5 g MaxTri-G per plant, B3 = 2.5 g Trico-Z per plant, and B4 = 5 g Trico-Z per plant. The data obtained were analysed by variance and futher tested with the smallest significant difference test at 5% level. The results showed the Trichoderma treatment could suppress the intensity of F.oxysporum disease up to 62.4% (B1) and maintain maximum plant damage of 15 leaves with a leaf damage percentage of 68% (B1). Therefore, the plants could still produce up to 6.20 leaves and many fruits with an average weight of 50.69 grams.
