ABSTRACT EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTION FACTORS IN THE MEAT BALL PROCESSING INDUSTRY IN THE TARAKAN CITY Yulianti Charitin Devi, S.E., M.Sc The purpose of this study was to determine the level of technical efficiency, price efficiency, and economic efficiency of production factors in the amount of raw materials, labor, raw material prices, and working hours in the meatball pentol processing industry in Tarakan City. The analytical tool used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis and efficiency. The results of the study showed that from the efficiency calculation results obtained a technical efficiency value of 1, a price efficiency of 6.42, an economic efficiency of 6.42 and a return to scale value of 0.16 which indicates the meatball pentol processing industry is on Decreasing Return To Scale and the results of technical efficiency have been efficient. However, the results of price efficiency and economic efficiency are not efficient. In this study, it can be suggested to the industry that it should make use of production factors that are owned proportionally in order to achieve efficiency so that the meatball pentol processing industry that is run can provide maximum profits.
