This study investigated the impact of E-learning crack-up on the learning process during the pandemic to the post-pandemic learning process, and the quality of learning English during the face-to-face learning. This study used qualitative research methods. The researcher selected 6 students from class XI-1 and 1 teacher at SMAN 1 Nunukan to participate in the interview session. The results of the data collected through documents, observation and interview proved that E-learning crack-ups in the learning process during the pandemic still affected student’s learning processes. On the other hand, the quality of learning during the pandemic period has also shown positive results but with a number of important notes. This is related to the potential for academic boredom and student cheating in completing their assignments. Furthermore, the research results also indicated the importance of transforming various learning models directed by teachers. This is important to restore students’ enthusiasm for learning and obtain optimal learning outcomes during the post-pandemic learning period.
