Abstrak
This research aims to prove the influence of training, motivation and work enviroment of Junior High School in Tarakan City. This study uses survey methods. Data collection technicues using questionnaries. Sampling in this study used stratified random sampling. The sample in this study was the workforce of public and private junior high teachers in Tarakan City which amounted to 120 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study showed that the variables of job training had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, motivation had a positive and significant and work enviroment jadi a positive and significant effect on performance.
