Microclimate is one of the factors that affect plant cultivation activities. The microclimate parameters are rainfall, temperature, humidity, and sunlight. Microclimate conditions that are not optimal can interfere with plant growth and productivity. One of the technologies that can be used to obtain suitable microclimate conditions in plant cultivation is a screen house. Screen house buildings can facilitate and control the environmental conditions needed by plants, namely protecting plants from excessive microclimate. This study aims to determine the microclimate conditions in the screen house building of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Borneo Tarakan, measuring 10x20 m. This research has several stages, namely field observations, determination of measurement points, and data analysis. The results showed that the screen house building of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Borneo Tarakan has a maximum temperature of 30.10C, a minimum temperature of 300C and an average temperature of 29.50C, while the maximum relative humidity is 80.5%, the minimum relative humidity is 68.2%, and the relative humidity is 68.2%. the relative average is 74%, the maximum lux value of sunlight is 2629.8 lux, the minimum sunlight is 1341.5 and the average sunlight is 1987.3 lux.
