DEVELOPMENT OF A BEHAVIORAL COUNSELING MODULE WITH PARTICIPANT MODELING TECHNIQUES ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION Abstract This study aimed to develop a product in the of a behavioral counseling module with participant modeling techniques on student learning motivation. Learning motivation is the process of encouragement that individuals have to make changes in behavior as a result of individual exsperience to achieve the desired goal in the form of learnig success. This module was one of the media that might be used by guidance and counseling teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in schools, especially for students with low learning moyivation on that they could increase their learning motivation. This research and development (R&D) study used procedures modified by Borg and Gall. Data were collected using scales and interviews. The results showed that the score obtained from the design expert validation was 112 (75%) and form the material expert validation was 103 (69%). These results indicated that the module developed by the researcher was feasible and well applied to students with low learning motivation.
