ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK MATERIAL SEMEN PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DI KOTA TARAKAN
.ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the supply chain process of cement material and reniew the parties involved in it and to determine the supply chain of cement material in construction projects in Tarakan City. This supply research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents related to the object of research on construction projects, namely contractors who were running construction projects in Tarakan City. The results of the data obtained were based on the scores obtained from the questionnaire by means of calculations, namely the scores obtained from the respondents divided by the number of respondents. The results of this study indicated that the frist process carried out in the cement material supply chain in Tarakan City was through logistics, which ordered cement via SMS or telephone to the retaier/supplier, namely to customer service. The contractor then proceeded with the payment process by tranfer. The last process was the delivery of the cement from the distributor to the retaier/supplier then sent to the contractor project. After arriving, the cement was recorded on the date of receipt and strored in the storage warehouse by the werehouse workers. The parties involved in the cement material supply chain process in Tarakan City were factories, distributors, retailers/suppliers. Project logistics, finance, and warehouse cement materials in construction projects in Tarakan City was categorized as very good. It was indicated by the perecentage of quality indicators of cement products used on demand which were in the very good category (4,27), the planning of selection of cement products were categorized as very good (4,32), and the processing funds for the purchase of material products was categorized as very good (4,27). Thus, it was hoped that the construction project in Tarakan City could be maintained and improved.
