Survei interaksi sosial siswa di SMAK frater don bosco tarakan
the purpose of the research was to determine the social interaction of student at SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan. Social Interaction is a reciprocal Interaction relationship between humans, where there is social contact and communication, there is positive and negative contact for both verbal communication and non-verbal communication. If individuals can go through the processes of social interaction, they will have good relationships with other. This research used quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were 294 student of SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collecting technique employedan instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Liker scale, and descriptive statistical analysis was employed for the data analysis. The results of the student social interaction research at SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan. Indicated that from the 70 samples, there were 36 students with percentage of 51,4% which was categorized in the very high category. This means that student are found of making friends, able to build friendships, able to adapt in group activities, active in activities held at school, able to build good relationships with others, and they have a positive influence on others.
