ANALISIS RESPON SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI GOOGLE CLASSROOM SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SMP NEGERI 12 TARAKAN
The purpose of this study was to ascertain whether the use of Google Classroom application affected the students' attitudes about learning mathematics during Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 12 Tarakan. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. Purposive sampling was use in the study, which focused focused on 93 studentd from classess VIII-1, VIII-2, and VIII-3 at SMP Negeri 12 Tarakan during the 2021-2022 academic year. This data was gathered by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The analysis technique use is data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results revealed thet both indicators for the use of Google Classroom application indicated that it was well received by students, including media that was tailored to their needs, was easily accessible, provied teachers' feedback quickly, allowed students to gather assignments more quickly, did not use up data packages, improved learning performance, did not fill up the phone's memory. While the Google Classroom application's interface was simple and easy to understand, it also had a number of benefits, including time savings, increased learning interest, quicker access, discussion forums, ande the ability to embed significant documents and tasks, large stroage space in Google Drive, and complete features.
