Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Biji Kopi Dengan Metode EOQ Pada Kedai Kopi Repeat
this study aimed to analyse the control of coffee bean raw material inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at Repeat Coffee Shop in Tarakan City. The research method used was quantitative. The quantitative method is a research approach conducted based on weighted calculations as the basis for analysis, where data is processed using manual calculations, Microsoft excel, and POM QM. The study results indicated that the EOQ method is more efficient than conventional calculation method and the POQ. this result is supported by the total cost of Rp 6,096,743, the frequency of order at 5 times, and the order quantity of 37.459 kg of coffee bean raw materials during the month of November 2024. the owner of Repeat Coffee Shop can apply the EOQ method to help manage raw material inventory efficiently.
