The Effect of Learning Independence and Learning Creativity on English Learning achievement at the Eight Class of SMPN 1 Lumbis Abstract The purpose of this study was to see whether there was a link between learning independence, learning creativity, and English learning achievement at the eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Lumbis. The method utilized by the researcher was a quantitative survey. The population of eighth grade students at SMPN 1 Lumbis was 168 students. A random selection procedure was employed to select 118 students from five classes, and the Slovin formula was utilized to pick student representatives from each class. Questionnaires and interviews were used to gather information. The results of the survey were analyzed using descriptive and inferential approaches. The major inferential analysis was multiple linear regression. The data from the interview was analyzed using content-based analysis. There were three findings: (1) Learning independence had a positive effect on English achievement where the probability value was less than the significance level (0.000 0.05), (2) Learning creativity did not have a positive effect on English achievement where the probability value was greater than the significance level (0.141 > 0.05), and (3) Learning independence and creativity at the same time had a favorable impact on English learning achievement where the probability value was less than the significance level (0.000 0.05) and had a 30.5% contribution to English achievement. Other factors that affected students' English learning achievement included a lack of online learning facilities, such as unstable internet connections and internet data packages, as well as a lack of learning creativity to solve problems in learning English, as seen at students who did not master one or more skills. ABSTRAK PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN DAN INFLASI TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN (Studi pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia) Dewi Fitria Dr. Mohammad Nur Utomo. S.E., M.SI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio aktivitas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio likuiditas, dan inflasi terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang diperoleh sebanyak 35 perusahaan dengan data sebanyak 175 observasi (35 perusahaan X 5 tahun). Tehnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, Sedangkan rasio solvabilitas, rasio likuiditas, dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini mendukung teori efisiensi, perusahaan yang dapat mengefisiensikan penggunakaan assetnya memiliki keunggulan dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.
